Who We Are

Ambrosia Investments is an investment group focused on the food, beverage and ingredients industries. Our goal is to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses--leveraging our own backgrounds and experiences as entrepreneurs and investors.

We seek to invest €5 to €50 million in each deal, with a focus on minority growth capital investments in primarily the United States and Europe.
